Your order is delivered inside South Africa by courier. Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT.

Delivery

Standard delivery anywhere in South Africa is R60. Delivery is free on orders over R849. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason. A courier collects the parcel from your door at no cost to you, and you are refunded for the product and the shipping. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

Questions about an order or a delivery

Message me on WhatsApp with your order number and I will look into it the same day. If a product arrives damaged, a photo is enough. You do not need to send anything back before I sort it out.
