Refund policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies whether the product arrived damaged, was incorrect, or simply was not to your liking. No explanation is required.
How to return your order
- Email us at info@fithero.shop with your order number, or message our WhatsApp support line on +39 328 269 3361.
- We arrange a courier to collect the product from your address. You do not need to ship anything yourself, and you do not need to go anywhere.
- Once the product has been collected, we refund the full purchase price and the original delivery charge.
Return collection is free. We cover the cost of the courier.
What to return
The unused portion of the product, the original product labels, or the empty containers.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 10 days of the product reaching us, and are paid to your original payment method.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
